Installation

Our goal with the installation package is to get your site looking like the demo so you’re ready to add your content and start blogging!

Here’s what is included in the installation package:

• Installation of the Genesis Framework
• Installation of your Code + Coconut theme (must be purchased separately)
• Installation of the demo content (for new websites only)
• Setup of your logo and favicon
• Setup of your “About Me” widget
• Setup of the social media links
• Setup of your menus

To make sure the installation process goes smoothly, it is recommended to have all these things lined up first, before purchasing this package.

• Buy a domain name. If you haven’t done this already, we recommend buying from Namecheap* as they offer a really great service!
• Buy hosting. To be able to have a self-hosted WordPress site, you need to buy hosting. We highly recommend SiteGround* if you haven’t bought it already.
• Install WordPress. Once you’ve bought your domain name and host, it’s time to install WordPress on your server. Most hosts will give you a one-click install option that’s super easy to do! You’ll know it worked when you have a fully functioning website that you can log into.

What is the process?

1. You purchase this Installation Package.
2. Fill out the Installation Form to give us all the information we need.
3. We start installing your theme.
4. We’ll email you when the installation is done!

What is the turnaround time?

We will be able to complete your theme installation within 1 to 3 business days after getting the completed Installation form back. If there are any issues accessing your site, the turnaround time will be longer.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only allowed if the work hasn’t started yet. Once we’ve installed the theme on your website, refunds aren’t available anymore.
