When setting up the theme on a new or existing site, there are multiple reasons why, after activating it, your site won’t look like the demo.
But don’t worry, here are the steps to get there!
- In the Admin Dashboard, go to Settings > Reading, and under Your homepage displays, select Your latest posts.
- In the Admin Dashboard, go to Plugins > All Plugins. Check the list of active plugins and deactivate any layout editors that might be interfering with the theme.
- Consider deleting the demo content that has been imported by other themes. You’ll be able to delete that content under Posts > All Posts and Pages > All Pages.
