Since the main menu is actually split into two menus (left and right) we felt it was a good idea to write a tutorial on how to set it up.
Make sure you have all your pages, posts, and categories created before you do this step. It will make the process much easier if your content is ready (even though it can totally be empty!)
- In the Admin Dashboard, go to Appearance > Menus
- Give a name to your menu (“Left Menu” is a great name!)
- Add the menu items that you want to show on the left side of the logo. You can add menu items by selecting them in the left-side menu of the page.
- Once your menu is ready, check the Left Menu under Display Location. This will make that menu show up on the left side of the logo.
Once your left menu is all set up, you can go ahead and do the right menu!
