After installing and activating the Kara theme, you’ll be greeted by the “Starter Pack” page. You can find that page at any time under Genesis > Child Theme Setup.
You have three choices
- Installing the theme with the demo content + recommended plugins
- Installing the theme with the recommended plugins only
- Leaving the page and getting only the theme, nothing else.
I recommend installing the demo content if you don’t have any on your site yet. This helps with setting up the theme and making sure it’s ready for your content. You should delete all the demo content before you’re ready to launch your website.
